By booking a service with Betterfly Cargo Pvt. Ltd., you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include packing, loading, transportation, unloading, unpacking, and storage of household and commercial goods as agreed upon in the quotation.
All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer regarding the volume and nature of goods. The final price may be revised if the actual volume or services required differ from the initial estimate. All prices are inclusive of packing materials, labor, and transportation unless stated otherwise.
The customer is responsible for declaring any valuable, fragile, or prohibited items before the move. Items such as jewelry, important documents, and cash should be carried personally. The customer must ensure clear access to the loading and unloading points.
Betterfly Cargo takes utmost care of your belongings. However, in the unlikely event of damage during transit, liability is limited to the terms of the transit insurance policy. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled move date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation charge of up to 25% of the quoted amount. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
Payment is due as per the agreed terms — typically a booking advance at the time of confirmation and the balance upon successful delivery. We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and online payment methods.
